My ex and bf

So basically i broke up with my ex in November 2024 and i have tried to caught off things with him after i broke up with him but when something reminds me of him my hearts aches but then when i met my bf i thought i would lose that feeling about my ex but it hasn’t went away and idk what to do or anything like i feel like i still like my ex but at the same times i like my bf can someone please help me
