Oregon: Is this typical? I had to cover the holiday NOC shift due to call outs but I don’t get holiday/overtime pay like everyone else because I’m salary.

This has happened frequently. I’m in nursing management so I tend to cover the last minute call outs when coverage is needed. I’m one of the only salaried RNs and HR wants me to just flex my time to accommodate instead of pay me.
