Oil Question / is Mobil 1 okay?

New owner here so I apologize in advance for the noob question!

Recently purchased a 95’ twin turbo model and was wondering if Mobil 1 full synthetic (10w30) is okay for our cars?

Or do you guys recommend running something with higher Zinc (ZDDP) racing oils (Redline, Amsoil, VR-1)
