Photo Geotagging not working on flights

Before when I went on flights my iPhone 13 Pro used to show exactly where my photos were taken weather it be the middle of the ocean or some random forest in Japan. Now it only shows the location of my pictures while I'm on land and locates all my plane pics to the airport I just left. Does anyone know how to fix this??
