Stressing out, need advice

Hey everyone, we put our house on the market about 3 months ago. We’ve had a decent amount of showings, averaging one every 5-6 days, and haven’t received a single offer! I always tidy up the house before each showing and we gotten good feedback too it’s just not what some are looking for? We had 3 showings last week, two said they were interested and will decide soon, but we haven’t heard back from them. I don’t know what’s going on, we listed too high in the beginning but have since dropped it to the lowest we can possibly go. Our house is also the lowest priced in our area, outside of our area it’s little lower but your also paying for where y your at ya know?? A house on our same street was on the market for like 4 months and is same as ours just a few 100 square feet more and went under contract for $399K!!! We close on our new house at the end of august and if we don’t get an offer by July 27th then we’re going to rent the house out but would prefer to still sell. Is there anything we can do? Should we just say whatever to trying to sell, take it off the market and just rent? I can’t help being stressed about this, any advice is appreciated! Here’s the link
