Team recommendations

so im trying to get a nice team for my joker and im actually using tomoko lufel and okyann( i dont have rin). i just found leon and i was wondering if i should swap him with tomoko even tho i have her at awarness 6 bc i keep seeing people calling her bad and saying leon is better. what do you think?
