San Antonio band looking for good taquerias/ things to do Monday July 7th!

Buenas tardes a mi raza de Knoxville! I'm spending Monday night with my Indie Tejano/ norteño band,Los Juanos, in Knoxville. We're curious to know if there's any good taquerias or go to's up there and if anyone can recommend any places to check out or local shows we'd love to hear about them. Things we like: Dive bars, DIY/ hardcore/ indie shows. Norteño/ Tejano/ cumbia. Open mics open jams. Thanks in advance! Vegan spots also welcome!
