Looking to buy a Camera for my Content Creation (Indoor, Not Moving)

- Intended use: Video only, will be mounted on my monitor, won't move.
- If photography; what style: Indoor Only
- If video what style: In door shooting of commentary videos
- What features do you absolutely need: Highest picture quality
- What features would be nice to have: Does not matter
- Portability: Won't move
- Cameras you're considering: ZV 10 1 and 2
- Cameras you already have: I have no camera, just bad webcams.
- Notes: I will be using this for youtube video streaming and video uploads only.
- It's going to stay on my top of monitor not move, and i just want the best possible quality, ideally with a nice blur in the background.
- I want this 2 look the best, thats the most important thing, picture quality.
