Day 3

Hope it’s not annoying I’m posting every day right now, it seems to be helping to keep myself committed… I’m sure at some point I’ll post less lol.. anyways it’s day three! I drank last night and didn’t smoke! I normally would when I drink. Today I’m hung over (another huge trigger as I usually take a hot shower and smoke for hours) but I’m taking the shower now and I’m not going to smoke!! Gunna tan and watch true crime and hang out with my daughter, 3 days is such a short time period but man it feels good to be doing this for myself and my family!
