Summer Honeymoon 2026

Me and my fiancé both 29 y.o. from NYC are looking to take a long 2-2.5 week honeymoon to either Europe or Asia. Yes I know both very different locations but we want to an area of the world that has a little bit of everything. We ideally want a week of adventure/city/culture and a week of relaxation that includes beach/pool side.

It would be cool to do 1-2 cities / week in 2 different countries? At first we thought about doing just Japan (bucket list) but after research, may be difficult to find the nice beach vibe after doing a week in Tokyo/Kyoto.

Next we were thinking Zurich/Interlaken Switzerland and then taking a short flight to Nice, FR.

Lastly, we considered doing like a 2 weeks in Croatia and/or Mykonos/Crete.

Again, we understand we’re all over the place but our budget is moderate and want to plan a “once in a lifetime” trip. Any tips/reccs would be amazing. Ty for reading all of this lol!
