DoorDash & Macy’s!?

Since when did DoorDash start working with Macy’s to deliver packages? This is the worse delivery tracking I have ever experienced. For the last 3 days it’s been saying my package will get here in the next 23 minutes. 23 minutes passes and then it resets and says it will be deliver within the next 23 minutes. This has been going on for 3 days now. I know Macy’s isn’t doing well, but starting a contract with DoorDash to deliver packages feels like they placed the final nail in the coffin with this contract. Just from reading on this page I quickly learned that tips are everything to drivers. I absolutely will not be tipping Doordash drivers for Macy’s packages delivered. Or, how does this all work for those drivers?
