In Return Into The Pit, Andrew is a kid that was killed at the ‘85 Freddy’s two days before William commits the ‘85 MCI, likely as a test run. He got stuffed into one of the “questionably relevant temporary costumes” mentioned in FNAF 3 tapes (Most like a Monty suit since he is associated with an Alligator mask) . His soul just latches onto William himself and not the suit. Andrew does nothing else for decades until UCN is released and Andrew just kicks William’s mutilated ass forever.

With the DCI or MCI-2 kids aka The Dead Children’s Incident victims (yes, they’ve been a thing since FNAF 2, please cope with it.) is William’s second murder spree at the New and Improved Freddy’s. We don’t know the date of when it occurred but we do know it happened the week William was the night guard there. He used the Golden Freddy suit due to one of the drawings of him luring a kid while wearing the suit. It can’t be him using the Springbonnie suit because it was sealed in the ‘85 location.

In The Week Before, Ralph makes a comment about the pernicious rumors of missing kids and then subsequently the Bite of ‘87 harming the business.

He's not talking about the ‘85 MCI, and that's because of a single noun Ralph uses to describe the missing kids, rumors. They are rumors OF missing kids, not ABOUT, OF. The missing kids he's referring to are rumors, meaning it's not been proven they were associated with Fazbear Entertainment, they were likely rumors about that because of a similar situation happening a few years back. The ‘85 MCI we know of are not rumors because they were proven missing. The ‘85 MCI has newspaper headlines about them, therefore, they are not pernicious rumors. What else could Ralph be referring to? The DCI, the event that happened where the Bite also did, which he subsequently mentioned after mentioning this rumor.

This even ties directly back to FNAF 2 with how he tries to ease our minds about any rumors we have heard lately.

“Oh, hey, before I go, uh, I wanted to ease your mind about *any rumors* you might have heard lately. You know how these local stories come and go and seldom mean anything. I can personally assure you that, whatever is going on out there, and however tragic it may be, has nothing to do with our establishment. It’s just all *rumor and speculation...* People trying to make a buck. You know...”

I also know that Charlie87 believers think that Ralph is talking about Charlie’s death since she died outside of an establishment but HW2 debunks it because it’s implied she died at Fredbear’s Family Diner in the early 80’s, not the late 80’s like in 1987 so this can’t be about Charlie.

With Andrew, he was never reported to be missing because he came from a negligent home that nobody even cared about or loved him. Him just being a secret 6th victim grouped in with the MCI doesn’t make sense.

With The DCI, they were also never reported to be missing nor was found. They never had newspaper headlines about them unlike the ‘85 MCI who did. People knew they went missing, but it being at Freddy’s was just a rumor until that rumor quickly became overshadowed by The Bite of ‘87. There was no reason to associate them to William beyond pattern association.

In conclusion, this is why I think Andrew should’ve been one of the DCI kids narratively because it would actually give some relevance to them other than being relevant in only FNAF 2. This could also explain why there’s 6 gravestones in the Lorekeeper ending since those are the WELL-KNOWN victims of William. Of course, they are more victims that are unnamed like Andrew, The DCI, The Experiment Victims.

AndrewDCI is more better than AndrewMCI narratively.
