Condo building for new map

I have really enjoyed seeing how amazing various builds look on the new map. The only issue I have with new map is how devoid of players a full server seems; I have actually not seen another player once since the new map updated, though I am joining full servers. It occurred to me that it would be great if they put in a condo or apartment building downtown, that you would have to create your home in a smaller space but might allow for more players per server. Just an idea, anyway, I hope they will add plots in the future so that full servers don't feel like ghost towns.
