Got a deal on a GDEmu modded Dreamcast that seemed to good to be true

Discussion

Story time: I had bought a broken Dreamcast 5 years ago to put a MODE into but it ended up being a VA2 so a MODE or GDEmu won't work in it. Finally got around to selling it about a month ago for $50.

I was surfing Marketplace about a week ago and see a Dreamcast with an ODE in it for sale for $175. I wasn't actively looking for a Dreamcast but figured it was worth a shot. Message the guy and he didn't know what ODE was in it. Bought it and he told me it was working, he just doesn't play it anymore. I get it home, hook it up. GDMenu comes up with a decent sized list of games and...it crashes every time it loads a game. Spent a few hours trying different things, taking it apart and plugging the SD card in directly to avoid the SD extender issues, still won't load. I finally make sure to get TOSEN .gdi files and use GDEmuManager to load them to the SD card and voila, everything works.

So because someone didn't add files to a SD card properly, I was able to get a Dreamcast (with working disc drive but not being used), GDEmu clone 5.15, 128GB SD card, 2 OEM controllers, 1 wireless Retro Fighters controller, OEM VMU, OEM jump pack, and a Pound HDMI upscaler.
