Can we see the fireworks in mont-royal?

We wanna go and see the fireworks but due to some complications my group can't walk that much and we can't go by metro so is it posible to see the fireworks in the viewpoint: Belvédère Kondiaronk? We really want to see them but if it's not posible is there any other place to see them in the área?
