Birthing Plan - Help

Hello, I am down for an elective C section (not due to medical - no judgement please), however during my consultation appt they discussed risks of having to go naturally if I ended up in labour prematurely etc.. in this case should I also be writing a birth plan in case nature takes its course and they can't get me in for a section earlier? Thanks
