I want to start crocheting dolls, but hair is difficult

I’m trying to crochet a Tom Riddle doll for my cousin, body turned out well, but I don’t even know how to start with the head and hair, the hair seems a bit complicated, are there any tutorials that are similair to Tom’s hair?
