Are we using crypto wrong? Using tokenization for real business ownership.
A lot of people see crypto as something that just goes up and down in price.
But what if we used crypto more like a stock exchange? A tool to actually become a shareholder in a real business, receiving real dividends, without bureaucracy.
We’re building a new Brazilian sports drink, and we want to tokenize part of the company to raise the initial capital for production, ingredients, and marketing. The tokens represent real, proportional ownership in 49% of the company, and each quarter, a portion of the net profit is distributed as dividends to holders.
Once all tokens are sold, we plan to open an internal marketplace for people to enter or exit the project without losing value, avoiding speculation while maintaining project stability.
This is not about hype or quick flips. It’s about building a real product, selling it, generating profit, and sharing it with those who believed early.
We’re looking for people who want to wear the jersey, help share, participate, give feedback, and build something from scratch with us.
If this sounds interesting to you, I’d love your thoughts and honest feedback. We will be sharing the website and whitepaper soon for those who want to be part of this.
Would you join a project like this, or do you see flaws we should consider before launching?
