Is this an okay brand?

So I am currently on the hunt for a light yellow dress for my sister's wedding in Spetember (im her MOH). She didnt give any specific site to buy from and just gave us the color we had to wear, no specific style or length, but the wedding will be casual so this dress shoulf be good. I found this dress at Billy J and LOVED it, but saw mixed reviews about the website. Have any of you heard about the site? I only have $150 to spend on a dress at most and so if I get scammed or if it doesnt show up for months then I am screwed and I won't have a dress at all.
