Ocd

Hi, what's the best tips or advice if you do have ocd or how to just relax if thoughts come. I don't k ow if I have ocd. I question so much about myself including being a psychopath manipulating everyone, a swxual peridot and I'm scared of women and children even tho I am a women and in a relationship with a man. I question if I'm gay or will realise I'm gay later on. I have watched porn with only women before and daddy fettish when a younger women and older man and worried. It terrified me and I can't tell if I am one. I don't know if I have compulsions. I'm almost finished my degree snd get scared of some people if I have to work with them. Can I get advice please. So difficult to right this. I've always been scared of most these things but now I'm 20 I'm terrified
