Big truck in Handicap spot with no visible Disability Placard or Plate
Fry's at Mckellips and Stapley. There were no other Handicap spots available, but plenty of regular spaces. This was not a quick in and out either. It was parked there when I went into to the store and was still there when I left. I was in the store approximately twenty minutes. As the husband of a wife that had and needed disability parking, seeing people do this burns me up.
In addition, they left the truck running. I'm assuming to keep the AC going as it was hot out.
