Tablet for Senior

I'm looking for a tablet for my mother (80yr). She wants something to play solitaire on that has a bigger screen than her phone. Think something that you'd get for a 9yr old that lets them play games but doesn't have a browser or social media. An internet connection for software updates is ok, just no communication.

She's fallen victim to a romance scam. Someone claiming to be Neil Diamond has fleeced her out of thousands of dollars over the last couple of years. "Neil" has a car stuck in customs in England that has thousands of dollars in cash and jewelry inside that he's going to give her as soon as he can get the money to get it out. He can't use his own because his management has it all locked up where he can't get to it. She'd bought dozens of gift cards and sent the info to them before my wife & I found out.

We've changed her number and deleted the contact information for "Neil". She no longer has access to our wifi and we've turned off her data. but she's still able to get access when she is somewhere that has wifi like Dr.'s offices or Walmart.

Does anyone know of a tablet that fits what we need?
