Planning first PC build - will this setup work?

I put together a PC build.

I do programming, 3D modelling, some gaming and use local LLMs. Am I heading in the right direction? Do these specs make sense? Am I missing something? I'd appreciate some feedback as this is my literal first PC that I've built.
