Custom made physical media?

Sorry if i sound dumb, i just opened my etsy shop, am looking through the TOS and cant understand correctly.

I'm an artist and graphic designer, let's say i want to make and sell a custom vhs tape/dvd/blu-ray of a movie or show that isn't being sold anymore under those media formats, using my art or designs for the packaging. Am i realistically gonna get in trouble? I say realistically because i see people selling stuff of copyrighted material all the time.
