It’s getting bad again
So I’m not under any mental health team nor do I have a diagnosis of any mental health disorder but I take meds and I was given some CBT on the NHS and was discharged from them earlier this year. A month ago my friend/colleague ended their life and last week was the funeral. I know it’s probably just a grief reaction but everything has started to slip. My sleep, my appetite, the thoughts are returning. As these start to slip my disordered eating habits become more prevalent. My anxiety has skyrocketed to the point that I’m almost having panic attacks again. I don’t know what to do or where to turn to because the drs are quite dismissive because I haven’t actually done anything drastic to hurt myself and I’m overweight so they don’t care about the eating stuff
