First time charging woes

Just picked up our Optiq this week. Love the car.

We had an Emporia charger installed in the garage and have been trying for the last hour to get the car to charge without success.

The MyCadillac app says charging is paused due to the schedule, but the emporia app is set to charge any time after 6AM ( which it is) we have 50% left and we telecommute so we are in a crises - but at some point we will need to charge 😅. Any ideas?
