What are some random nonfantasy competitions to have at our rookie draft?

We are doing an in-person rookie draft. What are some random non fantasy activities/competitions we can do? The winner would get someone of little value (like the 4.02) (the 4.01 is already awarded to the player that makes the most trades). The draft is only a 3 rounder.

Looking for ideas like "everyone runs the 40" type thing.

Ideally we will have a crap ton of activities to then score and add up everyone's total for who has the most points.
