Aldi Sud Sandwiches

I was previously stationed in Bavaria a few years ago with the US military and are now back in the States.

My wife and I loved the salami sandwiches from the deli at Aldi, specifically because of the sauce/remoulade that was on it. We have never been able to find anything comparable or a copy cat recipe.

Can anyone help us out??
