What is better on transiction? Cross Jab or Push Cross? or even Hesi?

I Personally think that Push Cross(Counter: In n Out) and Cross Jab(Counter: Cross Jab Cross) are the best moves in transtion and fast breaks, but i dont know when to use each one. Can someone explain when its better to do a Push Cross and when its better to do a Cross Jab? And ye, i also recognize that Hesitation is a nice fastbreak move, but i think im very bad at it. If someone can also say when i should use Hesi i would be thankfull.
