Ambient to liquid temp expectations

I've recently (couple of weeks back) acquired a MO-RA 400 which I'm currently leak testing and wanted to ask what you guys would be some realistic expectation in terms of delta between ambient and liquid.

So the capacitor capacity is the following:

- MO-RA 400 with 4 x 200mm at around 450 rpm

- 3 x 360 30mm each, running 9 Phanteks T30 in total at around 850 rpm

Say the load is 450-600 W, would a temp diff of about 5-7 C be realistic with such setup?

Running a 4090 with a Heatkiller V ultra block and 9800x3d again with heatkiller IV block. 3 pumps in total.
