Rollerback Salvage quest

I've already checked past posts and googled on how to fix this but nothing is working. I just cannot find the 5th piece of salvage. I have quit my game after saving it. I've restarted my PS5. I have gone back later multiple times to find the last piece and it just isn't showing up. Does anyone know another trick I can try? I'm going to go do the last salvage quests to see if that triggers something.
