I need help guys.

My best friend who is female and also my only contact just blocked me on everything. When I asked her why she said I made her uncomfortable on several occasions by getting too close to her, but the closest I ever got to her was when I sat next to her because I thought we were friends. Now that I have asked her she said she doesn't want to be friends with me anymore. This is making me metaphorically "dead" inside, as in the same feelings you would get off someone close to you died. I need help. What should I do?
