Daphne outfit, anyone?

Maybe I've missed discussions about this, but is anyone noticing that Sam often wears outfits that come straight from Daphne in Scooby Do? The short skirt, bright jumper and neck scarf combo. It would be a shame if the producers' Easter Egg went unfound...!
