Help! Can't restore chat

I recently uninstalled messenger for some issues. When I reinstalled some chats didn't have any old messages. I didn't have any pins set up at that moment. So, I created a pin from my browser which had all the chats up to date. Then I tried to restore messages with that pin on my phone but the chats didn't restore. I tried uninstall and install the app again but didn't help. It is making me crazy. Is there any solution?
