Any military discount for Raybans? The new Oakley Meta's may show up on the Oakley SI mililtary discount site?

I don't see the glasses on shopcgx, navy exchange, or aafes. Or some FEDVIP insurance plans pay for them?

The Oakley SI site is like a military discount or law enforcement site for oakley glasses including rx glasses..
