Discard Deck Help

I'm looking to make a discard deck, but I'm not looking for reanimation or Hashaton or anything like that. I was hoping to find more cards like [[Monument to Endurance]] and [[Magmakin Artillerist]], or something like summon a token whenever you discard. I know this is kind of jank, but that's the hope at least. The best commander I could seem to find for it is [[Soul of Windgrace]]. I started to make an idea of a deck, but I don't really know what my wincon is. I just tried to get synergistic flashback, madness, and landfall cards. Does anybody have any suggestions? I currently don't see this being a viable deck, but I'm hoping it can be salvaged with some help. Also, I'm not sure how many lands should be in this type of deck either.
