B1/B2 - Dropbox OFC appointment

I am trying to renew my parents B1/B2 visa at Hyderabad, however could not find any dates available for OFC dropbox. I see there are some OFC appointments available in New Delhi and Kolkata. Can I schedule an appointment at one the posts and drop my documents at Hyderabad drop off location?

I have reached out to U.S. Visa Service Desk, here is the reply. I wanted to check if my assumption correct about scheduling appointment at New Delhi OFC and dropping off the document at Hyderabad.
