7-year-old sister has naturally pink eyelids since birth – normal variation or something to check?

My younger sister (7F) has had naturally pink-colored eyelids since birth. It's not irritated, no itching or swelling, and it's symmetrical. We're just curious if this is a normal pigmentation/vascular trait or if it should be examined by a doctor. She has fair skin. Any idea what this could be?
