Anyone use troches for maintenance treatment? If so, what is the standard dosing?

I’ve completed 4/6 IV treatments. I have two more treatments this week. The clinic I go to recommended I come in 2 weeks after the series of 6 infusions for maintenance. After the infusion at two weeks, I’m supposed to come back around monthly or potentially longer depending on my specific needs. I’m just wondering if anyone has used troches after IV sessions? It’s expensive to do the IV treatments long-term. If so, what dose did you do for the troches and how often did you use? Ive read the results aren’t as good with the troches but monthly infusions are pricey. This is random but I'm sleeping better but dealing with some fatigue... I’m not sure if this will resolve or is typical with ketamine? What I didn’t like with the antidepressants is that they are very sedating, I’m hoping ketamine is not similar.
