Any good exercises for getting tired indoors that aren't very intense? Stuck between a rock (migraines) and a hard place (storms outside)...
Hiii so. I really need to get tired in order to sleep and normally I'd do that by walking outside OR when there's storm warnings (like there is now where I live), I tend to jump around or do some Just Dance routines. Tho now I've been getting migraines with the hot weather and sometimes it coincides with a storm, so I can't really do either. Are there any exercises that are low-impact, but good for getting tired? I know there's exercises that are surprisingly draining when done for many reps like prayer pulses for example. I'm more of a jumping/cycling/weightlifting girlie when it comes to exercise that isn't just walking though, so I'm just not very familiar with lower impact stuff. Any advice would be appreciated cos I'm tired of losing sleep ;=; You'd think the migraines would make me tired on their own but guess not lol
Important note: I don't exercise while the migraine is actively happening, of course. It's just that the little pains tend to stick around after it's done and it's uncomfortable to do sudden movements during that.
