Help with the My Little Chocobo quest

Hey guys, Im very confused by the My Little Chocobo quest (Immortal Flames)

I just finished my talk with Minfilia that I should come to the Scion of the Seventh dawn (Quest: For Coin and Country)

Now the problem is, I need 200 flame seals to get my chocobo license. The quest For Coin and Country would give me 300 flame seals but I need to finish the chocobo quest, to be able to advance in For Coin and Country

Tl:dr

• I dont have the flame seals to get a chocobo
• I get flame seals by finishing the quest For Coin and Country
• I can't finish the quest For Coin and Country, cus I first have to get a chocobo

(I could farm flame seals, but for today it only has 1 quest for 82 flame seals available and I would prefer to get the chocobo today, instead of waiting for new quests)
