tldr - tire recommendations for single axle 2018 Springdale mini weighs 3300 pounds

Single axle RV 21 foot long I'm getting ready to sell a 2018 Springdale mini RV made by forest river .

I bought it one year ago it's been sitting in my backyard since it arrived from 5 miles down the road .

Before I sell it I wanna replace the tires on it.

ST215/75R14D - this is what it says the specs of the tires are on the brochure I haven't looked on the RV itself to see if the spare tire in the back and the two tires on the RV are the same. I'm guessing since the RV didn't get much use even before I bought it that it probably still has the original two tires.

Can someone recommend a decent tire that won't break the bank I know everybody's recommending Goodyear endurance but those are almost $200 apiece . The person (20m) that's interested in buying it plans on just parking it within a 25 mile radius of where it's located at now.

i'm hoping if I take it to discount tire or wherever I can find the tires at that the tires on there will be able to drive 20 miles to get to the tire place sorry I don't have pictures of the actual tire. Next time I go out back I'll take photos.

We are located in south east Texas very hot very humid lots of moisture. also I'm reading conflicting things about the tire inflation even if it's just parked or he's just driving it 25 miles away to park it what would be the correct tire inflation? do I follow what it says on the tire itself or just go to discount tires if they install it and hopefully the tire(s) on here don't pop on the way to get 2 new tire...since it's a single axle that will really mess it up.
