What are green flags for group practice/job listings?

Employment / Workplace Advice

I'm looking to work at a group practice / a setting where clients are not high acuity. What are some green flags to look out for? And red flags? I am located in SoCal.

So far I've seen one position near me where the salary is decent however, it's marked as part-time with 25 billable hours per week. Not sure if this is accurate for a true part-time in a group practice setting. Biggest con is that it seems they do not offer health insurance. I'm not sure what is standard and what is not when looking for job positions.
