Any possibility of a refund?

We have universal tix for July 14-17 including two days of express passes and a member of our party just backed out of the trip. I know the policy is non refundable, non transferable but I’m just wondering if anyone has ever negotiated a refund? Maybe you were extra nice or extra lucky??? We are staying at dockside inn on property and booked everything through a travel agent.
