2009 FZ1 HID headlight

Having an issue with my headlight. I have the fz1n conversion so it’s a single headlight with hid. It had a xb35 morimoto ballast and d2s bulb. The headlight is not turning on and I’ve changed the bulb, the igniter, and the ballast but to a xb55 ballast. Still not sure what could be the issue. It did turn on for a sec when I shut the bike off but can’t replicate it. Thank you
