New KH training tips

I’m new to being a keyholder and looking for some tips to help with training. He mentioned being curious about this, but it turns out I’m really enjoying myself. So far he’s worn it for only a couple hours max, but did recently an overnight! We went with a metal birdcage style that lets him sit comfy in it soft and gives a bit of room to get hard.

I’d like to train him to get used it longer term. A month or so locked, with some releases for sex. How do I make him look forward to it and enjoy it? We see eachother 2-3 times a week and I want him ready to pounce on me when I take it out. I want him to be able to stay locked if one of us is away for a week or two.

I’m planning on giving him a contract soon with steps outlined for how to progress to longer lock ups, and punishments with rewards as well. Also I need a good idea for some kind of “celebration” for the first time he cums wearing it.
