iPad pro 2021 vs iPad Air 2024 for a university student

I know this question has been asked a million times but I'm still not quite sure, im looking to buy an iPad of apple refurbished

the iPad Air 2024 has a 13 Inch screen, M2 chip and 265GB of storage

The iPad Pro 2021 has a M1 chip, 11 inch screen and 256GB and has cellular ( don't really need it but there are no models without one)

they both cost the same £719

My main use for this will be for note-taking and to be a complement for my computer and for streaming movies and the occasionally gaming, The iPad Air sounds better and more bang for my buck, but doing research people recommend the iPad pro.

Any suggestions will be really appreciated. thx.
