I need help please! I believe I got hacked!

I used the same password for 5 years and suddenly I got logged out. no biggie? well when I try putting in the same password it says it’s wrong. I tried to do forgot password and put in the email that I thought was with the account but it wasn’t getting the emails either, tried contacting roblox via email and phone number AND a form but they all kept saying “not enough information“ but I gave them my user, password, time it happened, the day it happened, the year it happened and the email… please give me tips I spend about thousands of dollars on the gift cards and I don’t wanna loose the account!
