IST/ISA?

I've read older posts that say if you fail the IST you get put into PCP but there are some newer posts saying the IST and ISA are the same thing with one person saying they saw someone fail everything on the IST but did training as normal. I'm not passing the IST and I ship in a week and I'm worried that PCP will be so bad I'll try to quit.
