Issue with marcrobledo ROMs patcher

I’m trying to patch a game with this website https://www.marcrobledo.com/RomPatcher.js/

Every time I put the my game and patch files in, the page just refreshes. When I try it again, it says that the site cannot be reached. Does anyone know what’s going on?
